In 2001, after almost thirty years in the antiques and collectibles business, and working as a consultant and appraiser, Bonnie Rose launched Bonnie Rose Appraisal Services, Inc. Bonnie Rose took numerous formal classes in appraisal theory and practices from the "Certified Appraisers Guild of America" in Missouri and passed the rigorous exams to become a Certified Personal Property Appraiser.

As a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America, Bonnie Rose attended required specialized training on the "Uniform Standards of Property" appraisal practice and appraisal report writing, with special emphasis on Internal Revenue Service appraisal requirements, estate and gift appraisals, charitable donation appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance appraisals, appraisals for divorce, and casualty loss. As a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America Ms. Rose made a commitment to the "Certified Appraisers Guild's Code of Professional Ethics" and to the "Universal Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices" (USPAP).

Bonnie Rose has a broad range of expertise in the world of antiques and decorative arts, furniture, porcelain, silver, collectibles as well as all residential, business and office contents. Her ability to recognize values is based on prescribed methods of evaluation and research. Bonnie Rose continues to hone her knowledge through continuing education on antiques and appraising.
